Christmas feasting at Est India is at the centre of Christmas celebrations and parties for Londoners. We are presenting our most generous menu of the year — modern Indian food built for celebrating, with warming spices, familiar comfort, and a bar that gives you every excuse to stay longer. Yes. Throughout December we run a dedicated Chreistmas feasting menu at Est India alongside our full a la carte. Expect bold, warming Indian food — think slow-cooked curries, tandoori dishes, sharing platters, and seasonal specials alongside cocktails and our full bar. It is the full Est. India experience, turned up for the occasion.

Absolutely. We regularly host Christmas parties, office nights out, and group celebrations at Flat Iron Square. Whether you are six people or sixty, get in touch and we will sort the right setup for you — booth seating, long tables, and the terrace are all available depending on the size of your group and the date.

We are at Flat Iron Square, 73-75 Union St, London SE1 1SG — right at the heart of one of South London’s best entertainment venues. We are a two-minute walk from Borough Market, a few minutes from London Bridge station, and well placed for anyone coming from Waterloo, the City, or Canary Wharf.

We cater for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-aware diners — just let us know at the time of booking. Our menu always includes strong plant-based options alongside meat and fish dishes, so no one ends up staring at a plate of sad sides.

Q: What are your opening hours over Christmas?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 11pm and Sunday from 12pm to 10:30pm throughout December. Check our booking page for any specific closures over the Christmas bank holidays, as hours may vary on 25th and 26th December.

We have booth seating and group table configurations that work well for semi-private celebrations, plus a terrace that is perfect for drinks before or after your meal. Q: How far in advance should I book for Christmas?
As early as possible — December fills up fast, especially around the Flat Iron Square events calendar. We recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead for weekend evenings and large groups. Weekday lunches tend to be more flexible, but do not leave it late.

Q: Is there parking near Est. India at Flat Iron Square?
The easiest way to reach us is by public transport. London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee lines, National Rail) is about a five-minute walk. Borough station (Northern line) is also close. There is some on-street parking in the area but spaces are limited and it can get busy on event nights at Flat Iron Square.
